This is my first Organ Donation week. I'm not sure what I can personally do yet to raise awareness, but it's my goal to do whatever it takes to put myself out there.
People need to know about the challenges faced by people like me - in need of a transplant. Apart from posting to Twitter, I want to get out there... so something for the greater good.
